Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

We keep this policy straightforward. No legalese, no fine-print surprises. Here is what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. This policy should be reviewed by legal counsel before publishing.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you visit our site.

Information you provide: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, and your message. If you call us, we may note your phone number and the details of our conversation.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring URL. This data is collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiries. When you reach out through our contact form or by phone, we use your information to respond and follow up.
  • Providing services. If you become a client, we use your contact and business information to deliver the work you hired us to do.
  • Improving our website. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck, so we can make the site better.
  • Occasional updates. We may send you relevant updates about our services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send spam and we do not sell your information.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to understand how visitors use the site.

Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics to track page views, session duration, and general visitor behavior. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

Essential cookies: Some cookies are necessary for the website to function properly, such as remembering form submissions and preventing duplicate requests.

Managing cookies: You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use our website. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting, which we respect.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services that may receive some of your data in order to operate our website and business:

  • Google Analytics — Website traffic analysis. Data is processed by Google per their privacy policy.
  • Email service provider — If you opt into email communications, your email address is stored with our email platform (currently MailerLite) to send updates.
  • Form handling — Contact form submissions are processed and stored securely.
  • Hosting provider — Our website is hosted by a third-party provider that processes server logs as part of standard operations.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We keep your contact form submissions for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your inquiry and maintain a record of our communication. After that period, submissions are deleted unless you have become an active client, in which case project-related data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics per Google's standard retention settings (typically 14 months).

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal data from our systems.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] or call (248) 509-4543. We will respond within 30 days.

For California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
